I came here to get a loan to make it home to go to a friends funeral. Borrowed 500 and was to pay back 625. After paying for so many months, after my last payment i asked what was the remaining balance. This is when everything got awkward. I was put on hold then told they couldn't tell me my balance because i just made a payment and id receive an emailed receipt in a few minutes. The next day, I received the receipt. Saying I still owed 625. I searched Florida title in my email search bar to see if I've ever received receipts from previous payments. Only had one other one. I called up there to see what was going on. I was put on hold. When the girl, the one who set up my loan, got back on the phone. She said, "yes, you owe 625." I asked how and she told me I've only been paying the principle. I then told her she told me my payments were 125. She then got silent and with a uncertain/unsure voice told me no. She makes sure she tells everyone the same thing. Like its not possible for her to make an error and I'm a liar. Even with her not owning up to her mistake and trying to make it right. At what point do they practice customer service? Every month I get a courtesy reminder call. During this time when my account in front of you or when I'm calling to make a payment. You guys could possibly, just possibly say to yourself. This mans been making all these payments, but not one is going towards his balance. Maybe we should make sure hes aware that not 1 penny hes been paying the last 4-5 months has went towards his balance. What really pisses me off is shortly after that phone call they sent a letter with the minimum payment and principal info in bold letters. I seen that as a way of them playing with my intelligence. Now I'm sitting here at a loss of all the money I've given these people. Ill never come here or recommend them to anyone!
