But the employee I dealt with today, seemed annoyed. I’m taking a few days off from work and was trying to contemplate what I can put down and still pay next time on my current loan. Boy, he didn’t just have a cow, but the whole barn too. I was not too pleased. I’m just trying to be fair and honest with what I can afford.

One person in particular has always gone above and beyond. Brandon has always made me feel like a valued customer. If I walk through the door and I see that Brandon is working I will go directly to his window. If he is busy with another customer, I'll wait. He is a great example of what excellent customer service should be like.
