    Staff harass you until u return there calls, they call you up to 5 to 6 times a day. Very stressful.

    I've worked with the La Puente, CA branch for years now. They have always been helpful and done whatever they were allowed to in order to finance my loans when I needed one. I've moved out to Ontario and I still go through this office when I need help.
