Chris Perry- a year ago1.0Don’t show up at 5:15 when they close at 5:30!!! We pulled up and I was watching this woman jumped up and ran over and locked the doors!! Then we went up and knocked on the door and they came over and said they was counting there money up for the day and they close at 5:15!! To me personally that’s not right if you close at 5:15 don’t you think you should learn how to advertise the right time!!! It makes you think how many people they could of done like this, or it might be 2023 service!! Notice there ain’t no customer service here!!! Back then I was working for a grocery store and we would close and someone would walk up just a bit late (not when your open) and the guy that owned the store would say come on in. People now days don’t care enough to serve you any customer service, maby they wasn’t raised right or something idk!!!

Sandi Chamberlain- a year ago1.0Rude manager. Expects you to make several trips down to when it is convenient for them to decide they want to work. Went in just to refinance after they said we were approved ,they had 4 people working, 1 customer. And was told we needed to call before we came down. Made us feel as if we were causing them such an inconvenience. Ended up walking out. Had 2 payments left, and they would call my husband's phone at least 20 times a day. I'm sure they feel they can treat the customer anyway they want since they bought out most of the small loan places in Hobbs.
