C E- a year ago1.0There's no one answering the company phones now that it merged with Security Finance. I had better, friendlier service at Security Finance, World Finance just gives a run around with telephone services and over the phone payments that charge you for their service providers. Is this thier way of charging late fees if you can't make it in person to the office to pay for it ahead of time? I work and I used to pay over the phone, now it's just a hard time trying to make a payment.
