I'm rate this company a 1 star because that's really more than they deserve to Nancy and her crew i will be telling all my friends and family not to do business with this company.. FIRST OFF LET ME START BY SAYING I NEEDED THE MONEY DUE TO A FUNERAL EXPENSE AND GET CAUGHT UP IN MY CAR-NOTE MANAGER SAID SHE COULD CARELESS ABOUT RELATIVE PASSING AWAY AND THAT SHE DON’T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AND AND HUNG UP IN FACE BECAUSE I WAS SO EMOTIONAL AND I WAS DENIED BECAUSE I WAS AN EMOTIONAL WRECK EXACT WORDS OUT OF MOUTH OF ASSIST MANAGER I ASK TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OR MANAGER SHE DENIED NOT BECAUSE MY CREDIT OR INCOME DIDN'T EVEN HAVE PROOF OF NO DOCUMENTATION THIS PLACE HAVE GOTS TO BE THE BIGGEST JOKE NOT TO MENTION I MAKE MORE THEN EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE OVER A $&@@@@ 100 DOLLARS U GOT TO BE KIDDING ME BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE CLOSED NO PROFESSIONALISM. I HAVE SEE SUM PRETTY BAF COMPANY BUT THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST AND FOR THE BUILDING TO BE IN THE WORST NEIGHBORHOOD I WOULD EXPECT MORE RESPECT AND THE BUILDING IS RUN DOWN WITH BURGLAR BARS I WILL BE FILING AGAINST THE COMPANY I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF BEING DENIED DUE TO BEING AN EMOTIONAL INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE OF A DEATH IN THE FAMILY THEN THE ASSIST MANAGER WAS SO RUDE I CAME TO ADDRESS HER FACE TO FACE ANS SHE LOCKED THE DOOR OF THE COMPANY SO UNPROFESSIONAL # 1 I HAVE BEING DOING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOE OVER 13 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD OR HAD THE WORST SERVICE THEN I HAVE HAD HERE PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND BEFORE ARRIVING SHE SENT THE PHONE TO VM TO AVOID SPEAKING TO ME AFTER HANGING UP IN FACE SEVERAL TIMES NO ONE DESERVES TO GO THREW ANYTHING LIKE THAT WHEN THEY ARE TRYIN TO BURY A LOVE ONE AND I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER OR MANAGER BEFORE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION ON BEING DENIED DUE TO DISCRIMINATION !!!!!!!!!!!

They are ridiculous. They need to hurry up and shut down. Interest rates are equal to a two story home, they harass the sugar honey ice tea out of you and they don't tell you that in the beginning. Hell yea they will give you the money quickly that's the biggest demon you'll face in life and they threaten to take legal action,take you to court and everything. Never again I won't advise nobody to go there, find other options please don't get trapped in this place it's a scam.

Sharon is the best. Ive had 4-5 loans through this location and NEVER had any issues. She even allows me to email her and replies quickly to my requests. Thanks for everything! Im sure Ill be in again before long now that I only have one payment left :)

Rude. Non informative. Inexperienced. I could go on with so many adjectives to explain how this place lacks professionalism. The overall charisma of the place is gloomy. No effort is placed in the appearance needless to say it's location isn't the best in regards to crime. The workers are ill mannered. What ever happened to southern hospitality? Let's speak on the Payment process the woman I spoke to never asked for any real information however looked into my credit and spoke on a hospital bill that I'm paying on how is that your business? Then told me all she could give is $101 I have $101 right now what could I do with your $101? Make $202? Ha. Safe to say I'd never go there again, and I'll never refer anyone to them. Sad excuse for a unknown startup company.
