Granted the loan came in handy and helped out tremendously, but please don't experience this thing called life. I'll admit due to some financial hardships we have fallen behind in our payments. They have been the most disrespectful people that I have ever encountered. The entire staff at the Copperas Cove location has been very rude and impolite. Very nasty and argumentative, has lied and given half truths about their policies and procedures. Please stay away from this location. I do not recommend using them.

Princess Wilson- 2 years ago1.0Do NOT let these people pull your Credit! They will say you are approved and you will NOT Be approved. I tried for a unsecured loan to consolidate Bills because I am going to purchase a house. Lost 11 points off my score which will NOW affect my interest rate for buying my home! Run! After they get your social and all the info they need, also DONT expect a call back to tell you, you are not approved. But they are going to BLOW your phone up to get the info they need. Very manipulative wording to make you seem you are approved already!
