Malisa Wallberg- a year ago1.0When I say, do not, I mean, absolutely do not go here to get a title loan they will have you put the loan in their name stating that you’ll get this much amount of money just to turn around when you get there and all the sudden cut that amount in half But you get your titles. Are you going to them after they guaranteed you diss price this is the worst title loan company that I have ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with plenty of these guys would have to be the worst when it comes to upholding their end of the bargain, keeping their word, and sticking to what they say they are going to do. They are the worst. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce production, consumer agency, and I am going to contact a lawyer to get this fixed because what they are doing to people is not right.

Cody Crowley- a year ago1.0Called customer service, the lady I talked to said I needed to requested it to be mailed. Did that, still nothing. It doesn't take much to put a stamp on an envelope with the correct address put the title inside and put it in the mail box. Ignorant employees tell me I have to come in because they don't want it lost in the mail. The only reason it would be lost is if they put some other address on it. Knowing that's wrong. They've been to my address 3 times to put documents on my window. How you going to tell me it could be lost in the mail when you've obviously been here multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Better off just selling your car.

She was the most patient and kind person I spoke with all day. She explained everything to me very well. Although I found a more personal option, I would have definitely gone with TitleMax just due to wonderful customer service!
