I called support to inquire before I signed up for something I couldn't afford. I asked what would my monthly payments would be and was given a MONTHLY amount. They are hitting my bank account bi-weekly, instead. Twice the payment that I had planned for. I called support again and they said there is nothing they can do. Very poor customer service and misinformation given!

I would not go though this company again I am trying to have my application withdrawn as we speak as I have nothing but problems I am giving 0 stars for this it only has the 1 star so I can post the review
