Bright Ramz- a year ago2.0When I went to ask fir a loan I was treated very well. I never missed a payment since almost a year. I called in to pay off my loan. I know their was a miscommunication also.by my part because I did not ask more questions that if I pay with debit card that their system only takes $2,000. Ok I can find othee way to pay off but when I ask for the balance ahe keot giving me the same balance when I had already gave 2 payments af 2,000 the same day but separate tiime. She hang up on me when she was pretending she was calculating the balance
