Sterling Commercial Credit is a company that offers financial help and they do scam consumers as follows, they ask you to fill out a form, tell you that you are approved but you need to $250 due diligance fee, they charge your crdit card for $500 and they tell you that it was a mistake and they will refund you the remaining $250 which of course they never do, they keep telling you exuses like "your check is in the mail etc..." until 68 days after the date of the transaction which is the maximum allowed time by federal goverment to dispute a credit card, and after 68 days there is nothing the consumer can do to recover thier lost/ stolen money, I have been a vicitm of this scam please help stop this before they manage to scam other consumers as well. I do have proof of all the above and I will be glad to provide it.

When my small private equity fund bought majority control of a very profitable leading engineering consulting company in 2016, to finance the acquisition, I took on some conservative amount of debt from a regional bank and an SBIC fund. However, the company started losing money immediately after my purchase and the debt load started suffocating us. We faced covenant defaults and entered into multiple forbearance agreements with our lenders. Even though I was able to turnaround the company successfully since this year, our lenders developed deal fatigue and wanted out. Thanks to Sterling and our lender advisor Rush Street Capital who introduced us to them, within 90 days we were able to negotiate terms to replace our lenders with Sterling and reduce our total debt to a small fraction of where it was. As a result, our balance sheet is greatly strengthened and our cash flows much improved. Our company is generally doing much better too. Edwin and his entire team has been terrific to work with. Edwin extended a Line of Credit for us in addition to the invoices Sterling is factoring, which has been extremely helpful in managing our cash flow effectively. They have helped make the on-boarding process, which was a big concern for us, a breeze. We have a great accounting department at our company to do our end on that too; we all believe Sterling's performance much exceeded our expectations so far. We joke with Sterling that we are still in the honeymoon period; however, we all expect to remain there throughout our relationship. The Michigan Go Blue connection doesn't hurt either!

For close to 6 years Sterling Commercial Credit played a large part in helping us grow our business. Sterling supported us along the way so we were able to plan and budget our cash flow. We were able to factor our invoices to them and receive funding to make payroll, pay bills, and buy needed materials. Our most recent relationship manager, Ryan Fallon, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire team, including Edwin Small, Carrie Belkowski, Happy Sachs, Jason McMillin, Stacy Trinka, Heather Bruerd, Heather Mackey, Ken Trinka, and Todd Jennings (Apologies if I left someone off), were professional, helpful, and good listeners in order to address our needs.
