corryszam- a year ago1.0I understand that being short staffed but a financial institution with due dates being involved I called earlier in the week and the person that I talk to told me they would be here Friday and I told them I would be here 100% I’m sitting outside the door reading on there that says “sorry for the inconvenience” yea so if I can’t make my payment on time can I say sorry for misinformation that gave you and I can pay today and sorry for the inconvenience!!
