Sandra Flores- 2 years ago1.0Wouldn't recommend! Very upset by how I was treated by Adriana. I wont consider another loan. Lack of basic customer service, no communication skills & over all snotty. I called in this morning to discuss my ACCOUNT only to have her talk over me and say , I processed your payment with the card information on file. Let me just say I had no issue making my payment, but yet she still talked over me! I never gave her verbal authorization to charge my card! I called in requesting information on my loan. Didn't even acknowledge my questions. She then lied about how she never heard me, but yet she talked over me mmm OKAY!! WORST customer service at its finest!
