Tyler Zimmer- 2 years ago1.0Got approved for 2 different refinancing loans and then played a huge game of phone tag between them and the Rochester branch. I call one and they tell me to call the other. All of a sudden the Rochester branch tells me I was denied. So I call Belmont and they told me I wasn't. I can't play these games while my family is waiting on a solid answer so we can replace our broke down vehicle. Still haven't received a solid answer. Called multiple times and was assured by an agent that I would get a call back after they finished another loan. Its been over 48 hours...
